Yes. The Innovative Products´ Assessment Unit. National Technical Approval (DIT) has developed the DITEX procedure (Experimental National Technical Approval), to accompany the manufacturer in the assessment of innovation from practically its starting. The DITEX seeks to promote both the implementation of the innovation as well as its installation at works, allowing, through this procedure, the voluntary assessment of the fitness for use of a material, system, construction procedure within the following assumptions:
Type a): Material, product, construction procedure, or kit, in phase of introduction in the market (prototype), with which previous reference works cannot be provided, and the following two assumptions can happen:
Type b): Constructive solution, product or kit designed for a specific work, in which non-traditional or traditional techniques of new application participate
