FAVEMANC XB PRO kits, for ventilated external wall claddings, are composed by extruded ceramic tiles (XB PRO and XB PRO 17), produced by GRESMANC INTERNACIONAL S.L., mechanically fixed to aluminum subframe.

The systems included in the ETA are:

• FAVEMANC XB PRO Horizontal punctual fixing Kit composed by extruded ceramic tiles XB PRO and XB PRO 17 mechanically fastened to an aluminium subframe by punctual fixings (20 mm) placed in the grooves of the cladding elements (family C);
• FAVEMANC XB PRO Vertical Kit composed by extruded ceramic tiles XB PRO 17 mechanically fastened to an aluminium subframe by punctual fixings (17 mm) placed in the holes of the cladding elements (family C);
• FAVEMANC XB PRO Kit Horizontal linear fixing kit composed by extruded ceramic tiles XB PRO 17 mechanically fastened to an aluminium subframe by rail profiles placed in the grooves of the cladding elements (family C).

These kits can be fixed to the substrate wall of new or existing buildings. Usually on the substrate wall is also fixed the insulation material (defined in accordance with an EN standard or an ETA and is not manufactured by GRESMANC INTERNATIONAL, S.L.

Kit for ventilated external wall claddings is non-load-bearing construction system. It does not contribute to the stability of the wall on which it is installed, neither to ensure the air tightness of the building structure but it can contribute to durability of the works by providing enhanced protection from the effect of weathering.
