The External Thermal Insulation Composite System (from now on, referred to as ETICS) “SISTEMA FERRO-TERM / CHEMPRO-TERM” is designed and installed in accordance with the manufacturer, design and installation instructions, deposited at the IETcc. It is made up on site from these components. The manufacturer is ultimately responsible for the ETICS.

SISTEMA FERRO-TERM / CHEMPRO-TERM is defined as “bonded system with supplementary mechanical fixings” with is used with EPS panel, and “mechanically fixed ETICS with supplementary adhesive” with is used with MW panel. The minimum number of fasteners per square metres are 6 for EPS and MW and 8 fasteners for building higher than 24 m.
