The Document of Experimental Technical Suitability (DITEX) seeks to favor both the implementation of innovations and their execution, allowing, through this procedure, the evaluation of the suitability of use of a material, system, construction procedure or prototype, within of the following assumptions:

Type a): Material, product or kit, construction procedure, in the market introduction phase (prototype), with which previous reference works cannot be provided;

Type b): Constructive solution designed for a specific work, in which non-traditional or traditional techniques of new application participate.

The ventilated exterior cladding system for terraces installed on the roofs of the terraces of the houses from the 2nd to the 14th floor of the two blocks of the residential complex Saler Homes, (Valencia) is made up of curved or flat plates from panels with skins and larcore® A2 aluminum honeycomb core, hanging pieces and aluminum substructure, based on uprights and corbels, auxiliary profiles, as well as metal fixings and anchors for installation on the support element, configured by rough brick factory, or concrete slab fronts.
